New applicants, thank you for applying to St. Martin of Tours Preschool.  
 
There is an application fee of $35 per student applying to St. Martin of Tours Preschool due upon completion of the form.  You may submit the payment to the Academy office. If choosing to pay by credit card or PayPal, a small convenience fee will be applied.  Preschool students  need to be three years old by Sept. 1st and fully potty trained.

The application process also includes the Receipt of Student Records 
-Birth Certificate
 -Immunization Record
-IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
